I’m definitely a morning person in all seasons, and prefer daytime entertainment rather than evening.I keep fit and healthy with gentle jogging, classical yoga and a rainbow diet. I usually read two or three books at a time, favoring fiction or psychology. I am decidedly apolitical and tend to view the world and its events through a Jungian lens. I’ve travelled widely and lived and worked in several different countries. I’m now semi-retired and work part-time from my own home at a job I love. Walks in nature, the outdoors, gardening, good coffee and brunch out with good friends are the things that restore my soul.
