About her
Romantic, a bit wild, kind, tactile, funny, full of stories about my unusual life and a happy, upbeat human. I want for nothing except love, having lost my partner through a very sudden death. I’ve had a fantastic career, lived and worked in London for 35 years and still go in regularly, but now retired, living in a village and seeking a new partner who will respect my space and values, and vice versa. I travel widely, yes, in style but sometimes a tin hut in the jungle or straw hut on a beach and the simple things in life are the best, I only need sunshine, the sea and long walks and swims to be happy, a cold crisp glass of dry white at sunset, and someone to share this with. Possessions mean nothing to me, I’m happiest in a pair of shorts, bare foot in the sand, but scrub up nicely when required! The ocean, mountains, animals, protecting our natural environment, organic simple foods, keeping my body fit and healthy, honest conversation, hugs (lots) kisses (lots & lots), music of all genres, theatre, exercise, photography, my garden, modern art and my close friends are all super important to me, and of course, above all, my wonderful creative adult children. Just taken up watercolour painting again, and I also paint in acrylic at Sip & Paint. I love singing, give me a word and a song comes out of my mouth, they call me the lyric lady, music is a big part of my life. Laughter and a bit of silliness and playfulness enhances my life, silly love notes hidden in surprising places, spontaneity, a tickle, a bit of naughtiness, and more. I’m dreaming about buying a little place on a Greek island right now to renovate and grow some olives, so it would be nice if you helped me with the project.
I need to love and to be loved by an attractive man who feels the same way about me, to have real connection, butterflies in my tummy, shivers up my spine, adventures with you and space to be ourselves too. I’ve been lucky enough to have had this before and I know there is someone out there, we just need to find each other!
